Chrysalis Community Collective Corp. ("Chrysalis," "we," "us," or "our") operates an optional SMS/text messaging program to communicate with community members, event attendees, vendors, volunteers, donors, and supporters.

By voluntarily opting in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from Chrysalis Community Collective Corp. in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Types of Messages

Depending on your participation and messaging preferences, messages may include:

CommUnity Moonlight Market event announcements and updates
Vendor application confirmations, approvals, and reminders
Event registration confirmations and scheduling information
Death Café and community program announcements
Volunteer coordination and participation opportunities
Community outreach and fundraising announcements
Event changes, cancellations, and important notifications
Customer service and responses to inquiries

Promotional messages are sent only to individuals who have provided the applicable consent.

Individuals may opt in through website forms, vendor applications, event registration forms, or other enrollment methods that expressly request SMS consent.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, donating, registering for events, or participating in our programs.

Chrysalis Community Collective Corp. does not charge a separate fee for subscribing to our SMS messaging program.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Chrysalis Community Collective Corp.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent under the opted-out messaging program unless you provide new consent.
